Inclusion

• Meeting and assistance on arrival / departure at the airport by our office representative.
• 19 nights accommodation on sharing twin room on Bed & Breakfast Basis at the mentioned hotels or similar available alternates.
• All transfers, sightseeing excursion as per program using private air conditioned vehicle.
• Train fare for Delhi – Amritsar and Kalka – Delhi by Shatabdi exp in Air-conditioned chair car.
• English speaking local guide for all the visits as per program.
• One time monument entry fee at all monuments mentioned in the program.
• All current government taxes.

Exclustion

• Any airfares.
• Any items of a personal nature such as beverages, tips, laundry, telephone calls etc.
• The meals or the optional activities. (Unless specified).
• Any camera fees at monuments and sites.
• Tips (Guides, chauffeur, restaurant, porters)
• Any visa fee, airport taxes.

Conditions

1. Confirmation of Holiday Package/Hotel Room subject to receipt of 100% payment.
2. Rescheduling of date/postponement shall be treated as cancellation and confirmation of new dates subject to availability and in case of change of rates the difference shall be payable by the guest /tour operator.
3. Cancellation of booking governed by the cancellation policy of the hotel and service charge of Rs. 300/‐shall be applicable for each booking.

6. In case of non‐availability of the rooms at the specified hotel, due to any reason, the alternate arrangement of similar category of accommodation will be provided by the hotel.
7. The Applicable Tariff / Packages are subject to change without prior intimation.
8. Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, hotel taxes, Interstate taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra and payable by the guest/tour operator.
9. WBI act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.
10. Check out & Check in Timing as per hotels policy, if arrival time is not mentioned, the reservations will be released at 1800 Hrs All Taxes, extra as per Government notification.
11. Cost, on account of any change in the itinerary or stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control shall be payable by the guest/tour operator directly to the hotel.
12. As per the Government of India rules all Foreign Guests need to produce their Passport and Visa documents and Indian Guests Photo ID Proof(passport, driving license, PAN Card, Voter ID card) to the Hotel at the time of check‐in to avoid any inconvenience at the time of check out
13. Meal Plan, if any, are specified in the voucher issued by WBI/Hotel and the same is applicable from the check in time of 12 noon, common terms for plan. Meals will be served as per the hotel policy. Extra, if any, will be payable by guest directly.
